School Visits

Ban Nong Pai Dusit Prachasan School
Khon Kaen, Thailand
Ban Nong Pai Dusit Pracha San, in Khon Kaen Province, was our second stop, visited on a Saturday morning. We met the passionate principal, teachers, and a handful of students who came in specially to greet us. We learned the school was founded by Mr. Dusit, who donated the land and remains honored in the school's logo — a statue of him holding his student's hand. Serving over 200 students from K2 to 9th grade, the school had long lacked new sports equipment due to limited funding, so students were thrilled to unpack the balls and rackets we sent ahead.

Why We Visited
We visited Ban Nong Pai Dusit Pracha San to bring much-needed sports equipment to a school with limited resources, hoping to give its students the same joy and opportunity to be active as any other child.
What We Provided
We provided sports equipment ahead of our visit to support the school's athletic programs, with hopes of further helping restore their basketball court in the future.
What We Learned
Given the school's limited land space, we learned that table tennis would be an ideal addition — the tables fold away when not in use, and the sport is easy for both boys and girls to play. The school has indoor space to set up two ping pong tables, giving students a fun activity during breaks and after school.
